  • All orders must be paid in full before dispatch, except for customers within Nairobi County, who may use Pay on Delivery (POD).

  • Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation (except POD orders).

  • Affordable Options Kamukunji is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, including riders, couriers, or shipping companies.

  • Once an order has been handed over to a delivery partner, responsibility for transit time and handling transfers to them.

Refunds are processed within 48 hours in accordance with our official Return & Refund Policy.
Customers must follow the steps outlined in that policy for successful return or refund requests.
